I rent frequently in different states. I have not encountered any employees that were less than very helpful and courteous. One employee in California gave me a charger while another changed my car 3 times to find one that I was able to use the GPS. Cannot say enough good things about National and the employees.
Their fleet is trash. Their service is trash. The whole thing trash. Rent somewhere else and save yourself the headaches and bullshit.
TLDR: MDT, this location deserves to have an Emerald Aisle. At the counter, Katie took good care of me. In the lot, decent overall selection for a Saturday night at 11:30pm. Got in late on Saturday night. Walked the lot before going to the counter. Saw quite a few small SUVs including Ford Escapes. Not many trucks. Did see a Honda Civic Sport, Genesis G70, GV80, and BMW X5. Katie was helpful and patient, kindly allowing me switch to another car in the same class that better fit my preferences - thank you for that!
