I spoke with a national representative on more than one occasion. Regarding my flight delays and the fact that I needed a vehicle. I was promised that someone would be there and that I would definitely have a vehicle when I arrived. I was told that by reserving with my Flight number, someone would make sure. After a deer jumped in front of my vehicle on January 6th, 2024 while traveling through the area, I needed a rental to get back home to South Carolina. This location had a rental. The original plan was to return the rental to Charlotte near my home in 2 days and have a one-way rental. It turned out my car was totaled, so I needed the vehicle longer. The lady who helped me yesterday morning was super nice. Had to wait a bit to pickup my car but I wasn't in a rush so it wasn't a big deal. - Just wish they stayed open after 5pm so if you have a late flight beware of that
