Great service from booking to return
The customer service at this location was terrible. A young employee was sitting with his feet propped up, focused on his laptop, and I couldn’t even tell if they were open. When I asked about getting a rental car, he barely responded and acted like I was bothering him. His attitude was rude, dry, and dismissive. I ended up telling him never mind.
