Forced to step aside because my reservation was earlier in the day, and the manager was going to take care of the 15 people in line behind me, whose reservations were for “now”. I’ve never seen a rental location with so many one star reviews. All very similar, or included similar conversions, to my experience.12 out of the 26 total reviews are 1 star.
