Unfortunately, this was the worst rental experience I have had with National. The vehicle I was given was unacceptable in multiple ways. The exterior was visibly dirty, and the interior had not been properly cleaned. The windshield was so dirty it significantly impacted visibility while driving, which is a safety concern. There was also noticeable damage on the right-hand side of the vehicle that had not been addressed or clearly communicated. They don’t answer the phone and they’re only open one hour a day ridiculous.

Someone only works the front desk from 2p-3p daily. Avoid this rental agency at all costs. Budget next door has someone there during normal hours. Cars are usually dirty and not taken care of but hey, it's Florence. What can you say.
