Always easy and pleasant to rent a car from National at the El Paso airport. I learned my lesson 3 years ago when I used Avis and ended up with 2 bald flat tires in the middle of the desert. The awful customer service and outright lies about what options I had and what I should do about the tires was absurd. After that I switched to National and will NEVER go back to another company again! We opted for a Chevy Trailblazer from National Car Rental at El Paso, Texas, and found it somewhat underwhelming. Despite this, I continue to have a favorable opinion of National Car Rental.

National rental employees were very professional, prompt and courteous in dealing with me in all the aspects from rental reservation to pick up as well as drop off of the vehicle. I look forward to doing it all over again the very soonest I have another deployment or business appointment.
