The car rental experience was positive (4), ...minus 3 stars for the nightmare that ensued when I aaccidentally left my personal car keys in the car and it took about 3 months and $200 to resolve. I had to call about 5 times and each time have them say they'd call me back or they had the keys and would mail them. I had to email 3-4 more times with the pre-made fedex label and hound them to please just give the keys and label to fedex. Was able to walk up to the front desk was able to get a car in about 6 min very happy
