My family booked a rental car on 5/11 for a mini van for our upcoming family vacation on 5/24. Prior to the date of the pickup, we called numerous times to confirm that it would be available. This was the first family vacation we'd taken in some time and needed everything to be right. I arrived, the rental associate was polite and efficient. The whole process only took a few minutes. I experienced the same excellent service when I returned the car. Overall this was a great experience.
They still have not fixed the mistake from 2 months ago. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS COMPANY
