TLDR: Please stop committing petty crimes in the car that's still under my name, National PGV Airport! I'm an "executive elite" as I travel for work - I've rented over 60 times in the last 2 years. While almost every other National location and rental experience has been excellent, the National PGV Airport location is ridiculous. I would give a 0 star if possible, I booked a reservation at 3pm Thursday for the next day and the lady told me that that I could get there before 6am I could get the car reserved. I told the lady I'm 1hr and half away was she sure she said yes, so I got my kids off the bus and took the trip there. I get there and the lady said they she don't remember talking to me and that she doesn't have a car at all I was so furious
I rent extensively across the country, and National Car Rental consistently delivers an exceptional experience. The PGV airport location is no exception—booking is always quick and effortless, with excellent vehicle availability. The staff here are friendly, professional, and make the entire process seamless. Their Emerald Club service saves me time on every trip. Highly recommend this location and National overall for their reliability and convenience!
My family booked a rental car on 5/11 for a mini van for our upcoming family vacation on 5/24. Prior to the date of the pickup, we called numerous times to confirm that it would be available. This was the first family vacation we'd taken in some time and needed everything to be right.
