Do not rent vehicles at the Lexington Airport unless you want a headache. All the brands there are terrible. National has really fallen off since 2020 and apparently making no attempt to have their service on par with what it once was.
I’ve rented cars from Enterprise many times across the United States, and I’ve never had any issues before. The service was always good and professional, and I was always satisfied. Today, however, I came to the Lexington airport to rent a car and had a completely unacceptable experience. This location has now moved under National, and it was there that this situation occurred.
