Great customer service. Great car, fuel efficient, prepaid fuel was easy. The car had leather heated seats and nice options.
The agent in Fargo was fantastic. Was there at midnight when we were trying to get a car to go to Grand Forks. He did a superb job.
Counter agent was great, Mitsubishi Outlander was very clean, drove great and was fun to drive. Had no problems with early 3 am drop off at Hector Air Port in Fargo. Fantastic overall!
We've used National several times and have always had great service! Even a few times where we've had issues they were resolved quickly, efficiently, and most important, KINDLY!
