Always a great, easy experience here with clean nice vehicles. I rent for a week at least one time per month. Last night inbound flight was late and came in around 2am. The gentleman working the desk stayed late to provide my rental. Amazing service and very much appreciated. I always use National when I can and the Fargo location is excellent.
Words cannot fully express how thankful I am for Adrian and Hunter at the Fargo Airport National Car Rental! A winter storm messed up our plans to fly home to Nashville, and we were hoping we could rent a car and make the drive ourselves. We talked with Adrian and Hunter for at least half an hour and asked them to calculate the cost of so many different options for rentals. The vehicle was new, clean and easy to find in the lot. The deposit wasn't outrageous. The National employees were friendly and courteous. Although the price was low National didn't stick me with a cheap vehicle.
The Jeep Wagoneer we rented was incredible!
I had the BEST experience with your employee, Elmin. I had never been to Fargo before and was overwhelmed with the cold weather on Jan 25, 2026. I was in town on business for 3 weeks. Elmin helped me in the kindest manner and I could not believe someone could be SO NICE. I was and will be forever grateful for his help. You have a gem of an employee!
