Wow as an emerald member I have never seen a customer service as bad as National. 1. I went to get my work reservation and they said all the cars are dirty they dont have a working Vacuum. I said well I have to have a car give me the least dirty. Apparently that was an upgrade and I was charged 2. Love the Airport location and longer office hours for pickups and drop offs.
