Also very dissapointed, as a loyal national customer i spent most of the year renting national car around the US and international. As an elite member i am supposed to get an upgrade, but it is always in this location where they dont have the executive aisle in which they say they dont have any updgrade available and they have to give whatever you rent. Everything was good about the vehicle the transition and the car was received but I got charge charged $229.81 help me understand why? I believe the car was a bit dirty but it was not trashed and the gas tank was full help me understand that.
Great service! A team that goes above great to provide an excellent customer experience. I will use them every chance I get.
