I had a very disappointing experience with National Car Rental at Piedmont Triad International Airport. The rental vehicle broke down twice while I was driving, leaving me stranded on the highway. A police officer assisted me the first time, and GEICO roadside assistance had to transport me to the rental location after the second breakdown. Will D. the manager is horrible.. I am the director for a major nursing company. I will be pulling all of my nurses from national and using enterprise moving forward. National contract also so not our company's loss . Nurse car broke down, needing another car and Will wouldn’t give another car. Patients missed therapy due to his careless behavior.
