Absolutely terrible experience with the Alamo/National rental car location at Piedmont Triad International Airport in Greensboro, NC. My flight landed at 10:15 a.m., and I arrived at the rental car counter around 10:30 a.m. When I checked in, I was informed that my rental car was not ready because it still needed to be cleaned. I fly in almost every week to Greensboro and 80% of the time I have to wait on a car. Sometimes the wait can be an hour. National has tons of cars in the return area, but they are so poorly managed, they never have them ready. The whole purpose of using National (more expensive) is the ability to walk to your car and go. It works well at literally every other airport.

I would like to take the time to let the managers and staff of the National Car Rental at the Greensboro Airport location you are appreciated. The managers there have always taken the time to make sure my rental experience is positive. I have never had a negative experience at this location. With good to great customer service seeming to be overlooked so often and not enough people saying thank you, I would like to extend my appreciation. Please keep the positive rental process going.
