Be careful using this company. I dropped my car off in the evening. Handed the lady the keys to the rental. The following afternoon a woman calls me saying they see the car in the lot but they can’t find the key. They then charge me again for THREE DAYS I didn’t have the car or the keys! They changed my reservation even though I turned in the the car and the key. I wish there was some accountability but there isn’t.
