Rented a hybrid vehicle from Hilton Head airport. Have rented from them on several occasions when we’re going out of town. Customer service is always top notch. Representatives are friendly. Vehicles are always clean with full tank of gas. Attractive cars that drive well on the road. All in all a wonderful experience. No issues, no drama. Perfect!
Had a horrible experience with a woman named Ashley. Our company rented a van for clients visiting the island for the week and when they arrived, they were told that no vans were available. Additionally, there were no car seats available and Ashley's unreasonable suggestion was "well why doesn't your husband go to Walmart and buy some car seats." I will never rent from this location again. We arrived with a reservation and was told that our reservation was canceled (we obviously did not cancel it). There were three women at the desk. The one who told us it was canceled couldn’t explain why. So although we were unhappy about this, we figured we would just book another one. We rented a car from National Rental Car Company in Hilton Head for a day. The representatives were so accommodating and pleasant to work with. They made sure we got the type of car that we wanted and got us on our way very quickly. I would definitely use National Car Rental again.
Had great experience at this place few weeks back. Both kids on the National car rental counter were friendly and helpful. We got thru the process quickly and was great to interact with smiling happy folks.
