Not only didn’t they have the type of car we reserved, but they had NO CARS a pickup time. Many other people were standing around waiting and two of them told me they were waiting for over two hours.
I am delighted to be a longtime customer of National. They have excellent customer service. The staff at the locations are always wonderful and I love how the Emerald membership allows you to pick your car out in the lot and drive away. So easy!
The agenda on site were nice and helpful. But it was all talk. We had a bad experience with our car rental, terrible roadside help and got stuck behind schedule because of the lack of communication. It’s been a month of trying to reach them and contact national, but it seems like the site is not interested in helping it’s customers. I will not be renting from them again. Their staff are friendly and nice, but helpful they are not.
