I was using national for over a year and was very happy with the service. I then used national in Bilbao, Spain and had a terrible experience about a year ago. After leaving the lot, I noticed the switch to open the center console was broken, not a big deal. Then, a coworker needed to get into the center console to get access to a USB port, he ripped the lid open and broke the entire latch. I ended up paying them for the damage after arguing with them but they still have me on a hold so I can't use enterprise National. This ... read more
DO NOT EVEN BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I had a reservation with them that I made 2WEEKS AGO, only for them to cancel on me right before pickup... CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE AS WELL 🙄🙄🙄
