Understanding and competent employees. Very nice and welcoming. I am always taken care of when I have questions or I need some clarity. They have been flexible and very reasonable when it comes to picking up or dropping off a vehicle. They also have a great selection!
I had a necklace stolen from this national location. I realized I left the necklace in the car 5 minutes after dropping off the keys. I immediately texted the service number I had gotten a text from saying to text them with any issues. I received no response. That Monday I called National to file a missing items report. I heard back NOTHING. the next week I had my husband drive to the airport to talk to the rental desk. I was using national for over a year and was very happy with the service. I then used national in Bilbao, Spain and had a terrible experience about a year ago. After leaving the lot, I noticed the switch to open the center console was broken, not a big deal. Then, a coworker needed to get into the center console to get access to a USB port, he ripped the lid open and broke the entire latch. I ended up paying them for the damage after arguing with them but they still have me on a hold so I can't use enterprise National. This ... read more
