The National Rent a Car employees at the Sioux City Airport are always polite and accomadating. I have rent vehicles there many times with "zero" negative experiences.
While Sioux City Airport is on the small and charming side, the selection and condition of cars/features was awesome. Thanks! Wish I could thank the rental agent personally, the remote start feature and the car provided made the 2 week trip the "bomb"! Lynette, I'll be back to work with my client in Le Mars on Sunday the 26th for another 2 weeks, while I know you can't guaranty the request, but, anything with all wheel drive and a remote starter would be awesome and much appreciated. Got to Sioux City at 3:00 PM. Counter was closed and the person at the next counter said no one had been there all day. There were at least 5 people on my flight that had a car booked through them. Crazy. Do not book through this National/Enterprise location! Avis and Hertz are next yo it; Avis saved my bacon with a last minute car.
