National is good, as long as you don't leave something in the car. They rarely answer the phone for lost and found, and when they do (after you've tried a dozen times, going through the whole lengthy verbal instructions and are frustrated), they are short and put you on hold to, I guess, show you who is boss. And, then just hang up on you.

I have not had a bad experience with National save for the windows having a film on them and one cannot use their S/XM account to set up the XM radios in the cars. Found out they charge $55.00 a month for the service or $5+ a day. I make sure to have paper towels and my XM Onyx with me. My company pays for the rentals which can be for more than 3 months at a time. Maintenance is great and there is no issues getting another car on the same contract number whenever a service is due. Overall, I give them 4 Stars.

This is the worst car rental company ever. The car was great but they double charged me and have charged me for hail damage when it did not hail while I had the car. It has been two weeks and they have not refunded my money and only want to charge my insurance company for the damage we did not do. I was treated like a criminal by the staff when I returned the car. I strongly recommend you stay away from National. It is not worth the risk

Emeral Club Member and I rent at this location several times per year. Always good and professional service. My only complaint would be lack of variety of cars late at night but that was not the case on my most recent trip. National is the best rental car company out there!

Very nice and helpful associates. We lost some headphones on our trip and called to see they could locate them. They said they would check (which I did not exect to happen) and promptly called back to say that they found them. They were FedExed next day. This saved me $250 for a new pair. Thank you Albuquerque National!
