I receive excellent personalized service every time I use this location. The selection is awesome as well.
They keep the line moving. You ask the staff Q's like " best trunk room ' etc. and you get a qualified answer. No ' Dumb Looks are still Free ' personnel here. The daily rent is cheap on OMA most of the time. Good value and they get you in and out. I showed up at 3:40 AM and there was a person to check me in and give me a receipt. I always use National in OMA except the times they triple the rates
Very frustrating experience. As an emerald club member, I couldn't upstage virtual aisle service on the app - so had to wait in line with other renters from Alamo etc. James from national customer service implied the Omaha location employees weren't savvy enough to use that technology, the local employees blamed the technology to be broken...repeated requests to James to have someone senior call me have yielded no response. I'm done waiting for national to make it right - switched to hertz gold for my upcoming 3 rentals next... read more
Good experience I am an Emerald Club member and have always been more than satisfied with cars and service from National. This trip was no exception.
great deal rate + insurance was included in the rate "was a minimum" it was an insurance that other places will charge about $10.00 a day for. the bad news is, "Even if you reserve the car in advance at the Omaha, NE airport location you may not get one"
competitive rates on long-term airport parking. Their shuttle van has been reliable and prompt in my experience. I'd have no problem using them the next time I need long-term airport parking.
