They got me in and out so fast I couldn’t believe it. Great customer service.
Pick up and drop off was fast and friendly . I received my deposit back within 24hours or less after returning my rental. And for those who may not have a credit card you can use your Chime credit builder card (credit card) which allows you to deposit as much as you need using your own money instead of a credit limit and it work perfectly I had no issue at all.
Always loved my National Experience. Not this time. Car was filled with smell of vape or cigarettes-had pet hair all over back and plastic pieces fell off of sun roof when we opened. When I returned they comped me “a day” on a seven day rental. Wow. Thanks. I’ll try Avis next time .
