Quick an easy
I rented a vehicle from Boise airport, so I could travel around and explore the area. It was my first time in Boise, and I had exceptional service from National from start to finish. I especially want to give a shout out to National's employee, Ty. I dropped off my vehicle on 10/2, and he greeted me with a friendly smile and asked about my rental experience. The Rental car was assigned to me at the car was never cleaned very dirty inside and outside and prior was very heavly smoked in. I called National to voice message concern and was told to report it at check in. Followed instructions and was told thanks for letting them know and they will clean it. Was expecting more as I had to endure this for two long days of uncleanliness and an awful smoke cabin smell
