The Boise National Car Rental at the Boise Airport was a nightmare to return. The airport signage is extremely poor and overdone in places around the airport circle drive entrance and exit making it confusing to find! It wrongly is labeled taking you up to departing flights. There is no one to ask around there at 4 am. I begged a worker at the airport to show me how to get there because I kept going in circles from the directions I asked workers for.
