Got there after a long day and the manager told me there were no cars available. I had the impression that she just didn’t wanna work, so I checked online and could habe actually reserved one for half an hour later. She just shut the counter!!! Never seen that. Went to Avis, done with National that‘s for sure!
I was stuck in San Francisco because my small plane could not land in Arcata. They tried twice to land. Too cloudy so rather then take a chance on having it happen the next day I decided to rent a car and drive up 101 through the redwoods. My car rental experience was flawless. They even took time to make sure my GPS was set up properly. Everyone was so helpful! I highly recommend them!
National gave me a Hiunda Kona but I rented a Toyota Rav 4. The Kona is 5” shorter than a RAV4. I feel National pulled a fast one on me! Not happy☹️
Great service and plenty of cars to chose from. Easy, no-nonsense experience.
