I was stuck in San Francisco because my small plane could not land in Arcata. They tried twice to land. Too cloudy so rather then take a chance on having it happen the next day I decided to rent a car and drive up 101 through the redwoods. My car rental experience was flawless. They even took time to make sure my GPS was set up properly. Everyone was so helpful! I highly recommend them!
National gave me a Hiunda Kona but I rented a Toyota Rav 4. The Kona is 5” shorter than a RAV4. I feel National pulled a fast one on me! Not happy☹️
Great service and plenty of cars to chose from. Easy, no-nonsense experience.
I'm giving this one star because of the really nice representative I spoke to. I reserved a car online and got a confirmation email. When I called the location to check on something, I was told they didn't have enough cars and couldn't honor my reservation. If I hadn't called it would've been too late to get a car elsewhere. I'm bumping this up to 3 stars as I tried again and this time the rental went smoothly. The car was great and the service was good.
