Hard to find, look for classic collision
I was sent here through National. No one greeted me as I was looking for help. I had to chase down a guy to ask where do I get my car. He responded with "you just wait outside". My wife and 3 young girls were waiting outside for more than hour in the hot sun. I even called in to National for help but they would just forward me to the number to the same place. They do not help. Not listen. And hung up on me. Worst customer service. Don’t bother
We were so stressed about “the perfect storm of flight cancellations” in ft Lauderdale on Sunday. After dealing with the airline we were at our wits end on what to do so we rented a car from national to drive to St. Louis. Needless to say we were stressed out and from the moment we walked in Ozzy and Olivia set our minds at ease. Your company is better because of employees like them.
