I found the team at National to be very helpful and went out their way to ensure my experience was far better than it could have been. Typically, after going through security at the airport, I put my license back in my wallet and back in my pocket. However, this time I did not and left in my pocket, when I took something out of my pocket at the car I dropped the license. When I got to the checkout, I could not find my license. Staff was great, but heated seats didn't work in rental. Very bad driving in the snow.
Nina , one of the people I met at the exit booth was very nice and helpful. I would say she went out of her way to be helpful to me! She was wonderful!
The ford midsize sub was clean comfortable surprisingly good fuel mileage. All the people I came in contact with were pleasant and friendly
