Would not recommend! I redeemed a free day and received a dirty car in a lower class than I reserved. No one in the office when I returned 24 hrs later. Was charged $906 for 796 miles that we didn’t and more importantly couldn’t have driven in 24 hours. When I called the employee said the mileage looked impossible to him as well but went ahead and charged me $906 as my burden to prove. Everything worked well for me. The company employee was friendly and professional; I believe his name was Alex. Easy process overall. I dropped a car off here, then took one to the Reno airport at the end of my trip. They were open on easter, so I was thankful to able to use their services. Without them I would've had to pay at least $400 for a private shuttle.

This place actually deserves zero stars. We reserved a vehicle. We got to this location. And later found out the location is closed and has no cars. We are stranded in the cold and is turning into an emergency situation. Stranded.
