WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE BY JOSUE...WINDSHIELD GOT OVER 6 INCHES OF CRACK...ITS THEIR Car...i came to this location to swap ..and they said they can't help me....NEVER RENT CAR FROM THIS LOCATION...TRASHY SERVICE...THEY DON'T WANA TAKE RESPONSIBILITY ... EVEN THO I RENTED FROM NATIONAL...THEY SAYING THEY CAN'T HELP SINCE I DIDNT RENT FROM THEIR LOCATION..WORST EMPLOYEE JOSUE AND HIS MANAGER..
Took an uber all the way to the airport, waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told no car is available.
