Very efficient check-in and check-out, though they don't have anyone out in the return lot
My experience was horrible I lost something in the car they where suppose to us back never called back . Not answering the phone . Then when the do answer the phone they pick it up and hang it back up the worst serve ever . Would not recommend to anyone . They claim they don’t clean the cars before they give it to someone else disgusting might I add just very upset and disappointed. I would at this point like to speak to a manager .
I had an issue with my car and the team resolve it in professional matters and caring. I will definitely recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to choose National!
My husband and I had a wonderful experience with National Car Rental. The staff was very professional and kind. The SUV we rented was clean and roomy. My 4th July vacation went well thanks to the National Car Rental. I highly recommend them!!!
