I had reserved my rental months ahead of time for the premium suv awd. I would have liked to at least have the car booster and car seat at the emerald office pickup location already instead of having to wait for them to go get it. We arrived 30 minutes early before our scheduled time and i understand not having a vehicle yet, however when they brought the lady manager brought a vehicle and we opened the back seats of the vehicle it had sand all over the floor and candy wrappers. Brand new 2026 cx50 was awesome! Akif took good care of us offering a ride to the terminal instead of making us take the shuttle. Super nice, smooth experience as an Emerald club member.
Great staff! Very kind and helpful. Emilio gave me a VIP treatment! I will not forget that. The cars are great and in good condition. Thank you guys!
