Courtney went above and beyond! She stayed 30 minutes after closing to make sure I got my rental car. Excellent customer service—professional, kind, and dedicated. Truly appreciated!
The National in Columbus (CSG) is by far my favorite rental place. The staff has always gone above and beyond to help me with last minute rentals. They always try to make sure I get my favorite vehicle type/brand, which is Greatly Appreciated. The one thing that doesn’t go unnoticed is when I come home from my trips (I travel a lot, around 200+ days a year) and they remember my name and stop me just to say hi as I’m waiting on my luggage and not renting a vehicle.
