The counter people were very pleasant and friendly we were in and out in a jiffy at the Elmira Corning Airport
Before we even got to the day of our trip, we had excellent customer service from the branch manager, Rachel. She called ahead to let us know that the truck we had requested was recalled and asked about our trip and our family to plan what a good replacement would be. Affordable, high quality service.
I had an all around great experience with National Car Rental! The return process was quick and easy. Unfortunately, I left my sunglasses in the car when I returned it, but the branch manager, Rachel, helped ship them back to me. She was easy-to-reach and followed up to ensure I was able to get them back, and I am so appreciative of the great customer service!! I will definitely be renting with National Car again.
