The car was great, the experience checking in and out was fast and fine, except that they changed me for 30 days (my original contract), which I didn't notice at check-in, instead of 20 days that I actually had the car. I've called customer service twice, one rep was nice, said they have to send an email to the area manager who will contact me to adjust my charges. Very enjoyable experience. Very surprised and pleased with the positive change at Baton Rouge Airport. Being an Executve level member at Baton Rouge the rental experience in the past was less than stellar - could not pick a vehicle that was comfortable for me to drive. This time was pleasantly surprised. Just one note - inside vehicle cleanliness could be improved. Thank you.
