No problems with checking in or out and the car was nice

No Emerald aisle nor executive elite section. You have to wait in line outside at the small booth in the garage to process your reservation and for them to offer a couple different vehicle's. Very small selection of vehicles overall. Plan for extra time to get through the checkout process. Make a reservation otherwise you will be turned away. While waiting 30 min in line I observed two different people who got turned away without reservations. The staff were professional and pleasant.
