He was incredibly courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He went above and beyond to make the rental process quick, easy, and stress-free, and his positive attitude really stood out. Thanks again Ethan!

The baseline expectation of renting a clean vehicle with no fuss and no hidden fees was met, and that’s great. What went beyond was Sally at the National booth in Buffalo being awesome. There was a particularly stressful customer who was having difficulties with her card, and was on the phone with someone and getting frustrated.
