I rented a Chrysler Pacifica with 42,000 miles from your Buffalo Niagara International Airport location from July 23–27. At pickup, the agent handed me the keys without telling me which vehicle was mine. When I asked which minivan was ours, he told me to go try them and if one started, that was my car. The vehicle I was eventually able to identify was dirty and had visible cosmetic damage — scratches and a large dent in the rear door.
