Best rental car company bar none. Professional staff, the cleanest and nicest cars, they are amazing. Their prices are sometimes a little high, but often have random specials and promotions going that can make them cheaper than others. Worth the price every time, in my opinion. My only complaint is that they are only located at airports, and that there are not more National Rental Car locations like their sister company, Enterprise. Thank you, National at the Buffalo International Airport, you rock!
From start to finish the process was smooth fast and easy. We were given a great new car that was able to withstand the snow and ice. We received exceptional service from pick up to drop off. Will definitely be using National when we come back !
Vehicles always clean, and most are new. Service team members are very helpful and have a positive attitude. It has been a great and easy experience.
