I have been back and forth for months to and from Buffalo. I have had great experiences with National and Enterprise. Annalise, Jay, and both Zee and Zee have always been helpful and very nice. The competition is not even on the same level. Thank you for all that you do!
Easy to pickup car. Car was clean and in good condition. Staff was friendly and responsive
The customer service was great...as always. The choice of vehicles are nice. The check-in and check-out is always seamless and agents are polite. Politeness is so underrated. For me, that goes a long way to determine if I come back ir not. National has never let me down.
Best rental car company bar none. Professional staff, the cleanest and nicest cars, they are amazing. Their prices are sometimes a little high, but often have random specials and promotions going that can make them cheaper than others. Worth the price every time, in my opinion. My only complaint is that they are only located at airports, and that there are not more National Rental Car locations like their sister company, Enterprise.
