i rented 2 times may 21, and june 4th, both one way. tulsa to okc and okc to tulsa. both times counter agents sold the toll pas device as "toll pass". misleading by omission of fact. the "pass" just takes their "service charge" off the toll you are charged. the "plausible deniability" used, is "its stated in the terms and conditions." manipulative practice at the counter, i find it unlikely the staff is unaware. i also specifically asked if i can just pay at the toll with cash/change, and she stated i could not any more. so,... read more
