Greedy
The rental car center at the OKC Airport is the worst. My flight was delayed, and the agents at the rental car center left 10 minutes before we were taken to the center by the airport shuttle. I had to Uber from the airport in the middle of the night and then back to the rental car center the next day. They gave me an “upgrade”, but the maintenance light came on during the time that I had the car, and I had to add air to the tires. This was the worst rental ever!!!!!
I was charged $1.96 for fuel on return. I filled up at the closest gas station less than 2 miles away and I let the gas pump click off twice indicting it was FULL. I find that sneaky and how do I know the car was perfectly level to get the correct reading!
