Absolutely horrible experience at National Car Rental in Louisville, KY. First of all, there is no option to go straight to the cars, "pick one and go", something National markets as an advantage over their customers. When I got to the counter, there was quite a line, which is no big deal, however, the three people behind the counter were incapable of helping three people at a time, they all three seemed to be working with one person at a time. Alamo Rental, sister concerned of National Rental is a good tie-up to enable the car users to get the cars quickly without any hazzles. The personnel is really reliable and the car was in a good condition during the pick-up, which is significant compared to other competitors. Hope this tie-up beats all other rental cars.

Required desk check in even though Executive level. Cell coverage at this airport is bad and non-existent in rental lot..beware! Rental car was good though, return was easy and quick.

National Rental car is very reliable. They make reserving a car easy and seamless. The personal service at the Louisville Airport is refreshing. You know that you can always talk to an agent about your car or even where to go in the city, which can be important when you travel.
