Great customer service from Issac the manager. There was a delay due to a busy and understaffed weekend, but the team followed up, corrected the mileage charges, and promptly issued a refund. They also sent an updated receipt without me having to chase it down. I really appreciate the professionalism and accountability. Definitely a company that makes things right. Highly recommend!
