I initiated my vehicle rental on January 23, 2017. Mary was fantastic!! On a day with extreme severe weather (rain, freezing rain & snow), Mary greeted me with a smile and even interjected humor in our conversation. She went out of her way to accommodate my requests with obtaining a vehicle that had USB ports for charging technology and a vehicle with front wheel drive.
