Was in a bind. Had car rental with Budget. Confirmation of one way rental then got to Budget counter. Lady refused to honor rental agreement due to one way. She was ignorant. Walked up to National. Lady very helpful however rental price was twice Budget but I was in a bind. I had no choice but to pay National price
Spoke with agent to get a full size SUV we had reservations. I took Uber and paid $100 to go pick it up. I get there and they tell me we don’t have anything bigger than like a Jeep liberty. It says Online you can’t take cars one way they have to be brought back well. The agent did not tell us that we were going one way so I had to pay another $200 because of the time of day it was just to get back home for an Uber. No Emerald aisle at SRQ but the service people both there and at RSW are excellent.
Cars are always clean and ready.
