Staff is always very helpful and friendly! Will continue using this location for all future rentals!
Terrible experience. My husband uses national on a regular basis. Called national ahead of time- they confirmed we could use the emerald counter like the Emerald Isle at the airport location. Airport wouldn’t let us choose vehicle. Ruined our first day of our trip.
National Car rental at Toledo Express was an awesome and quick experience with keys and a clean car we were on our way in no time!
Great car, clean, newer. Great customer service.
They were very quick at the desk and the guy working was very pleasant. The car I received- a Toyota Corolla was clean.
