Outstanding services
Would give zero stars if could. I lost my license so contacted DMV and got an intirim license. I brought both the intirim license and my passport to the desk to pick up my rental and was denied. My reservation was non-refundable. I was told by the supervisor, Felicia, at 340pm on a Saturday to go Uber to the DMV to get a license. The lack of customer service is astounding. I rent here 5 or more times per year. Staff are alway friendly and helpful. I have rented hybrids (Camry and Accord) and appreciate having hybrids as an option.
Rented a truck through Priceline for national rental cars truck was clean on The outside, but the windows on the inside were horrendous. It looked like they use the same towel on the outside and then use it on the inside, but the rental was goodGas tank was full, and price was very reasonable. It should’ve been cheaper since I had to buy my own cleaning supplies
