Employee who checked me in was excellent Quick and professional allowed me to make my flight Had very pleasant attitude and it was appreciated Coupled with having a great rental experience this facility is top notch
Overall a good experience! I had some hiccups with both picking up and returning my rental due to some unclear communications, so the experience wasn't as seamless as I was hoping, but Kaitlyn B. and her team went above and beyond to make sure that my feedback and request were heard and adjusted appropriately. I will definitely be back to rent a car at National for my next trip!
Excepcional, como siempre.
Great pick-up and return experience. All-inclusive rates were very competitive and vehicle was new, fresh and problem-free.
Your people continue to make it very easy, especially at the ROC Airport. I drive past a few other car rental locations to get to the airport, but it is worth it! Please continue the great work, and keeping it simple.
