If your not an Emerald Club member, go onto their website and become one, it's free. Love that I can just get in my car and go, no lines to wait in, no paperwork to fill out. Saves you so much time. YOU choose your own car. I have used other rental agencies that have been a few dollars cheaper and I will never make that mistake again. BEWARE - Dropped off vehicle at 4:00 AM on Sunday morning - before they were open. They checked the car in at 5:08 AM when they opened. Got a call at 6:00 PM stating that there was damage to the front bumper! What took them so long to contact me? I asked them for a picture of the damage. They could not provide it and said the car was already in for repair - on a Sunday? What garage is open on Sunday? CROOKS! DO NOT RENT FROM NATIONAL.
