Great customer service. I arrived a day late for my reservation because of airline problems and was told not to worry. The customer service agent took great care of me still getting my corporate rate with a nice car for a nice price. Thank you National Tucson Airport from now on I’ll be coming to you when I make my trips to Tucson .

National is good, as long as you don't leave something in the car. They rarely answer the phone for lost and found, and when they do (after you've tried a dozen times, going through the whole lengthy verbal instructions and are frustrated), they are short and put you on hold to, I guess, show you who is boss. And, then just hang up on you.

The emerald club process is the best experience I have ever had in renting a car. It was quick and easy to locate and select a vehicle. It took five minutes to go from the bus drop-off to driving away and three of those minutes were walking to the garage. Returning the car was a similarly easy process and took less than two minutes. I will definitely use National Car Rental again.

With Emerald Club membership, car-rental has become such a breeze but the Excellent customer service provided by National staff tops it all! Very happy with my rental experience two times in a row now...waiting for the hattrik! :)

I am Emerald Executive Elite. I rent quite a bit at this location(PDX). The staff will pretty much find me a vehicle that I want to drive. This last experience was wonderful. The agent working in the garage knows what kind of vehicle I like to drive, so she went and found me a Q50 3.0t all wheel drive. This is a great car. I really miss the BMW 640i (M sport edition) this location had a year and half ago. If national is really reading this reviews, please purchase some the following vehicles for this location. I was quickly picked up by bus and taken to the Emerald Isle where I found a suitable car on the front line. The checkout was quick and easy, the rental was fine, and the return exceptionally easy and convenient. The bus delivered me back to the airport and I had no problems checking in. Thanks!
