With Emerald Club membership, car-rental has become such a breeze but the Excellent customer service provided by National staff tops it all! Very happy with my rental experience two times in a row now...waiting for the hattrik! :)
Selection was very limited when I got there, due to both business and the fact my plane left an hour and a half later than scheduled. Finally got a decent car, a Chevrolet Malibu, and It was fine for my needs. Service was good, as it always seems to be with National.
Great service fast and efficient. Check out and check in were easy. Friendly staff. Location a little confusing due to construction.
National's cars and service are excellent. Having used National exclusively for more than 3 years now, I have to say their style and select your own car approach is addictive. And I prefer their MyRewards points program over Avis and Hertz, whom I used previously.
Excellent service , I caught the van at the airport the driver was very nice and helped with my bags . The man the desk was quick and I was in my car very fast . Returned my car at 4 am , put it in line and the van was there to take me to the airport asap. Great job National
It was a dark and stormy night, I missed a connecting flight due to plane delays, and I needed a car, the people of National were wonderful. Even though they were only renting to those who had reservations, they took care of me.

National is the best. I love just walking to the lot and picking out a car, and driving out. Takes less than 5 minutes!
