My only issues was having the car I reserved not be available due to a flight delay. I was told they had run out of full size cars and I was down graded without any other compensation even though I called the main customer service number and let them know.
My experience with National was great. You have great representatives and picking up the Nissan Rogue I rented was fast and easy. Drop off was great too. Would recommend you to any of my friends and family looking to rent an automobile or SUV. I used the rental at the Medford Airport in Oregon. You have a wonderful staff there.
National is amazing. I travel often for work. The only time I really have trouble with rental cars is when there is no national available. The other rent.A car services I have used have always been backed up or lined out the door. Thanks national you're the best!
Best car rental company out there
I had put my phone in the glove box . I forgot the phone and was already home when i realized this. National had already found it made arrangements to return it. This is by far the most honest and best customer service I have seen... Good honest people.
