I’ve been using National’s Emerald Club for years at several airports. Always get a good car to choose at fair price. Reserving on app and dropping off is super easy and quick.
I have been a loyal customer for a long time. I am very satisfied with the vehicle choices available. I only have one observation from many rentals from many locations. The inside of the windshield is frequently left filmy after a cleaning. This makes for a challenging drive into a sunrise or a sunset. I think this process needs a rework.
Staff is/are professional and kind, vehicle operated perfectly and National does a great job of follow-up and confirmation.
Spencer and Ex were so helpful to me. I came in last minute and they got me all set up. The best customer service. I will never rent anywhere else.
Very easy to pick a car in the Executive lot. High end cars at the SLC location are very attractive for the same price. Very helpful staff both at pickup and drop off. Very smooth experience
