NO ISSUES with my rental and, as usual, the personnel at the HOUSTON IAH location were excellent and professional, particularly YENISBEL !!!
Easy in and out
They called me to renew one more month of rental and I went only because the agent told me they had variety of trucks but when I got there they had only one option. Disappointing.
Team was awesome - helping me get my bags out and making sure everything was great
