The young lady that assisted with the return of the rental was exceptional. I am disappointed that the refuel option wasn’t explained better to me. The pitch by the gentleman at checkout was certainly weighted toward the company. We drove 91 miles and spent $36 on fuel!!!! First time in all my years of renting vehicles to feel a bit “taken” I will take the blame……
