Worst service by staff we already book reservation for ford Mustang and we have a call and make a reservation for that and we clearly mention that we are underage of 25 and still they are able to offer the car. Today we came to pickup a car they said there not going to giving a car because of underage, in call they confirmed and ready to give. Very bad and worst service.

Booked a van for spring break 3 weeks ago. Paid in full. They called and cancelled reservation 3 days before my trip leaving me on the hook for a $2000 rental cabin in Tennessee with no transportation for my family. They were horrible to work on the phone and offered zero resolution. If I could leave zero stars I would.
Beware of hours of operation, I booked on the national app and it said they close at 1am. My flight landed at 11:45 by the time I got to the counter at 11:55 I saw a sign saying they closed at 12:00. So not only was operating hours wrong on their app but whoever was at the counter left early. Leaving me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, forcing me to pay $124 for a Uber to my hotel.
