Excellent National branch. Genuinely care about my rental experience.
The customer service team for National car rental at the Capital City Airport in Lansing, Michigan is absolutely phenomenal. They provide the best customer service to go with clean and quality vehicles. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a rental for a trip, vacation, or weekend!! Great staff, who takes the time to provide top notch customer service, thank you!
Front desk employees are kind and helpful but they never have vehicles ready even when you schedule ahead. Have had to wait long times for them to clean cars even when I have been booked in advance. The car fleet here is also very limited and you aren’t able to select your vehicle unlike most places. Seems like it is poorly managed
Great experience in using national rental car. It was easy and easy out, and they answered all your questions promptly
