Had to wait an hour for them to ‘wash the car’ and they tried to charge me for an extra half days use when I checked in because I was a couple minutes before the reservation time (as opposed to just adjusting the return time 2 minutes earlier- had to modify it on the app)

Great customer service, but always a limited selection of vehicles, then wanted to upcharge me $20/day when they didn't have my class of vehicle that was reserved online 30 days in advance. Per your request, I clicked on the link you provided and it took me to your website and a 1-800 number. So I called it. They had no idea why I was calling. Nobody wanted to hear or follow-up on my disappointing rental experience. You have my contact information. I only have general 1-800 numbers to call.
