Beware of hours of operation, I booked on the national app and it said they close at 1am. My flight landed at 11:45 by the time I got to the counter at 11:55 I saw a sign saying they closed at 12:00. So not only was operating hours wrong on their app but whoever was at the counter left early. Leaving me stranded at the airport in the middle of the night, forcing me to pay $124 for a Uber to my hotel. Brandi and Gus have been amazing at serving convenience. I’ve been renting at this location for 4 months now and I greatly appreciate the easy process of renewing and addressing anything I need! The service is always prompt. The entire staff have been excellent.
