Drop-off experience was not good. Guy behind counter was lazy, unhelpful, and rude. Would suggest the midtown location is a better alternative.

This use to be my favorite pickup location but tonight they asked me questions I’ve never heard before. Requested info from my company that we do not have or use. Huge headache and very annoying. Hopefully they go back to their old ways of top tier customer service!
