If I could leave minus stars, I would! I paid to have my car transported from Adelaide to Brisbane. They gave a timeframe of 6–11 business days, but it did not arrive within that period — it took 14 business days. When I followed up, I was even questioning myself, wondering if I had misread the terms and conditions. Quite a stressful and horrible experience trying to send my car from Melbourne to Perth. I had booked my car to be picked up 16th of December which they told me would be the most ideal time before everyone closed for Christmas. I had packed up my car and sat around waiting all day and no one came. I called them the next day 17th to be told they'll try their best to pick it up that day so I wait all day and no one shows up again. Damage to my vehicle - broken door handle and paint damage. National Car Movers refused to take responsibility even with photographic and video evidence of vehicle being loaded on pick up with no damage. Consequent follow up emails sent resulted in generic replies and no resolution. Happy to take your money after that you are on your own. If they are relying on their customer service for future or return business they should be cautious as word of mouth speaks volumes in this culture.

Very frustrating experience with National Car Movers. My vehicle was dropped off in Darwin on 29 January with an estimated delivery window in Melbourne of 12–19 February. However, the delivery date was pushed back repeatedly - at least five times. I received update emails roughly every couple of days advising that the expected arrival date had changed again.
