Despite some initial doubt's everything worked out well. The communication from the customer service representative was faultless. The vehicle arrived early and was undamaged.

We were completely messed around from start to finish. We went to pick up our car after being told it was ready, only to find out it was not our car and somebody’s else’s. Worst experience ever. Sub contractor that concluded delivery was abusive, aggressive and drove the vehicle, abusively, illegally after they refused to drop my vehicle at the location I paid for it to be. Subcontractor tried to extort more money from me to have that part done. That was Victorian Boat Haulage - VBH, the subcontractor they used. Very efficient and friendly company. Our card was transferred from the Gold coast to Melbourne within 7 days hassal free.
