We had an incredible experience with National Car Rental at Yellowknife Airport. Due to a late flight, we arrived well past 1:00 AM, but Jason waited for us at the counter. He was professional, patient, and went above and beyond by explaining everything in detail. He even took the time to share local tourist maps and tips with us, as he is a local. Such a warm and welcoming start to our trip! Highly recommended for their outstanding customer service.
I Left a 1 start review by accident. We resieved great service from National.
Really good service these guys will go the extra mile look forward to renting a vehicle from you again
Amazing, helpful staff! So kind, friendly, helpful. Car was great. Fyi if you're not from the cold, you need somewhere to plug it in everynight (winter) so your battery doesnt freeze!
