When the trailer is ready and the BOL aren’t it’s the customer they have not paid.
Other than 3hrs past ddt, not a bad place to pu. Easy in and out. They will call when drop ready, also website to check load with options for text and email notification. Washout onsite. Make sure full. Wait at Love's or Pilot.
No overnight parking. First check-in at the guard shack. Then go to the right, slide tandems to the back and leave the trailer onsite. Wait outside bobtail on a truck parking nearby. They call you when it’s ready. Was loaded in 5 hours. Can take trailer in the morning if was loaded late in the evening. When check-out need to pay 60$ in cash for inside trailer washout. No restroom.
It’s hit or miss when it comes to getting your load done. It’s either early at times or extremely late. D&H with a 36 hr time slot should be enough? It’s one of those days it’s not. I have a multi stop load. 1st stop is kind of tight so it was crucial that they didn’t surpass the +36 time slot. If you call they will pick up. So that’s a plus. Great stuff and kind.for me very fast loading .’Drop trailerand park in gasoline station wait for call if done loading.and also wash out trailer in the site. Pay for $60 cash only.
