Twice now in the past year on 2 separate vehicles we have had the battery we purchased here fail suddenly and leave us stranded. The first, our truck, failed and they gave us the run around saying we didn't drive enough to keep it charged properly. We took it home, ran it on the freeway for an hour and put a slow charger on it. 2 days later it failed again. This time we took it back and insisted on a new battery, which they did. I will not go anywhere else for batteries. National has my back. We had an original 2017 Corolla battery until this year. It died, and National battery's replacement has been incredible. It's like a whole new car!

What a trash experience with them. I’ve been riding Motorcylces for 20 years, I use national because they’re the only one that has a battery that fits my bike (it’s older 96’) never had a issue until this year. I’ve taken my battery to be checked 2 times they said it’s fine but it wouldn’t take the charge so obviously it’s not fine I had to argue to get the warranty just to find out that it’s not a full warranty it just gives you a discount for the time you’ve had the battery so even though my battery hasn’t worked for 6 mon... read more
