What a trash experience with them. I’ve been riding Motorcylces for 20 years, I use national because they’re the only one that has a battery that fits my bike (it’s older 96’) never had a issue until this year. I’ve taken my battery to be checked 2 times they said it’s fine but it wouldn’t take the charge so obviously it’s not fine I had to argue to get the warranty just to find out that it’s not a full warranty it just gives you a discount for the time you’ve had the battery so even though my battery hasn’t worked for 6 mon... read more

Was recommended to come here after a phone call to a reputable diesel mechanic. I've been having some corrosion and battery connection issues with my Cummins pickup and was worried it was going to take a full cable replacement ($600+). National got my truck in the next day and had everything inspected for corrosion, replaced, and ready for pickup within 24 hrs, not to mention it was less than $200 total. Extremely happy with this service and will definitely be going here in the future for battery service.
Everytime I make the mistake of going to national to get a battery, either the battery I buy is faulty or they supply the wrong one. It’s been 5 years since my last experience there and I’m reminded now why I stopped going back. Not really upset about the cost of the battery but the half day I get to waste everytime there’s a warranty issue.
