Do not do business with this bank they are old fashion out of date not to mention they got hacked by Russia the only bank here that got hacked by Russia don't do business with these people. When I complain she told me well if you don't like our bank maybe you should go somewhere else how was that for customer service don't do business with these people .
if you plan on being able to access any kind of online information regularly, this is not the bank for you. they don't have access to customer service on the weekends or evenings. I am locked out of my account regularly because I cannot use the password that I set after less than 2 days and this has been an ongoing issue that has not been corrected. If you don't mind not having consistent online access, then please, enter the stone age with National Bank of Blacksburg.
