Have used National Bank for 30+ years. Business and Personal. The Radford office has been primary but have used most of the office across the NRV. The staff past and present have always been professional, courteous, and very helpful. Would recommend National Bank to anyone looking for a home town Bank.
Super friendly staff and very positive experience all around.
The staff is not friendly or helpful. This branch of National Bank is the worst branch I have ever been to. I have bandwidth National Bank for 10 years and never had this much trouble. My 5 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and almost peed her pants and asked to use theirs and they denied her.
Staff is not friendly. Don’t go especially if you are international and have an accent. I needed to buy quarters and I asked if I can pay with credit card. They, as bank workers who are supposed to be knowledgable, used cash advance option with no warning, which caused additional charge of $10.
Very poor service people that work there are unprofessional and treat the people that bank with them poorly I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anybody
