The staff is not friendly or helpful. This branch of National Bank is the worst branch I have ever been to. I have bandwidth National Bank for 10 years and never had this much trouble. My 5 year old daughter needed to use the restroom and almost peed her pants and asked to use theirs and they denied her.
Staff is not friendly. Don’t go especially if you are international and have an accent. I needed to buy quarters and I asked if I can pay with credit card. They, as bank workers who are supposed to be knowledgable, used cash advance option with no warning, which caused additional charge of $10.
Very poor service people that work there are unprofessional and treat the people that bank with them poorly I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anybody
Tried to deposit my Christmas bonus, but because it's post dated for the following day they won't take it till the following day. Ok it's after 2pm which most banks will credit your account same day if before 2pm and if after then it gets credited to your account the following business day which would be the day my check is available to go anywhere and cash.
I'm not sure what's going on administrative wise at the Radford location, but this place has been nothing but problems for me and my family. I love National Bank, I've been with them for almost a decade now with both personal and business accounts. Every single interaction with the Radford office for us has been problematic. It seems like every time we interact with them there is a "problem" or some sort of blockage. I have to go to other branches to resolve even simple matters.
