I went to Waupun National Bank to cash a check, L had not noticed my license was expired ( January 2020 ) and I am unable to go to the DMV due to the current pandemic. The teller was very rude and hurtful The teller refused to cash it but then added a strange comment. She told me to “go to my mom’s bank”. My mother passed away. I had my three children with me, I was in tears. This was a woman in her 60’s. I was disgusted at her behavior and hope she is reprimanded. I do not recommend this bank.
